Scottoiler release California spec chain oiler.

Scottoiler’s motorcycle accessories range continues to gain momentum in the US with the recent arrival of the new Scottoiler vSystem CARB EO kit. This latest chain oiler from Scottoiler has been specifically designed for the American consumer and has been issued with an Executive Order from the California Air Resource Board (CARB) to exclude it from anti-tampering regulations.

This means that the Scottoiler vSystem CARB EO can be fitted to any California Spec motorcycle directly into the EVAP system making it quick and easy to install on almost any model.

Any products added to your bike that could affect the emissions must be tested by CARB in order to comply with US state emissions laws relating to anti-tampering.  Products which have been through this process are issued with an Executive Order (EO) number showing they are exempt from this regulation and that the product will not adversely affect the emissions.
