Where applicable, shipping outside of the United Kingdom will currently be subject to an customs clearance charge, unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay import fees on arrival will result in the goods being returned to us. In such instances we will refund your order and delivery fees but will retain a €5 re-processing fee to cover the return customs clearance charges.

Shipping Costs
Deliveries must be signed for! There will be an additional charge if our carrier is unable to deliver on two occasions.
Payment is accepted securely by credit/debit card or PayPal and goods will be despatched within five working days unless otherwise indicated.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel you can email us or write to us within 14 working days starting the day after delivery. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned to Scottoiler within 14 working days of cancelling the contract, or we can arrange collection (charges may apply). Refunds may be reduced where the value of the goods has been diminished due to excessive handling by the consumer.
You may cancel an order for services in the same way within seven working days of the date of purchase unless the services begin sooner.
