The straight connectors from Scottoiler are there so that if you’ve got a Scottoiler connected to a vacuum pipe and you want to remove it (if you’re upgrading to an eSystem<\/a> for example), then you can put the bike vacuum pipes back to standard with this simple straight connector.<\/p>\n

If you are taking a Scottoiler system off the vacuum connection you must seal the open connection. An open vacuum connection can compromise the function of the engine and can cause damage to it as a result of lean-burn.
