Standard Shipping

Orders made on the website with a weight below 2 kilograms will by sent via Royal Mail by default. For packages over 2kg, we will send out orders via DPD courier service.

DPD delivery

We are temporarily offering a DPD service in the UK to ensure a faster service for those who need it.  This is a next working day service and goods will be despatched same day on orders placed before 1pm, subject to stock availabilty.

Sending goods outside the United Kingdom may result in additional local customs clearance charges and taxes. Failure to pay these charges and taxes on arrival will result in the goods being returned to us. In such instances we will refund you for your order excluding delivery fees and we may retain a re-processing fee to cover our return costs and customs processing fees we will incur due to the failed delivery.

Changes from 1st January 2021 – Brexit

On 1st January 2021 the UK left the EU. A consequence of this is that goods purchased from the UK for delivery in the EU are now subject to additional duties and taxes as well as increased shipping costs. As much as possible we have tried to minimise the impact of this on our European customers by offering 2 delivery options:

Delivery Only Service – we will deliver your order excluding any customs clearance fees, import charges and taxes. When the goods arrive in your country you will be contacted by the delivery company to pay these additional costs directly to them before final delivery as the importer of record.

Full Delivery Service – we will deliver your order and pay all customs clearance fees, import charges and taxes on your behalf in advance via the delivery company so you don’t have to pay more when your order arrives. You as the customer will remain the importer of record. If goods are to be shipped to a business address via the Full Delivery Service, a valid EU EORI number is required for the shipment.

Both delivery options are processed under the ‘Delivery at Place’ (DAP) Incoterm.

We would advise you to check the cost of both delivery options before making your selection as the customs clearance fees, import charges and taxes can amount to quite a significant cost. The Delivery Only Service, although much cheaper, may end up costing more than the Full Delivery Service when the goods arrive.

Orders on the Scottoiler CA website are fulfilled direct from Moto Motto warehouses.

Shipping fees is 14.95$ for orders under 100$ and FREE shipping over 100$.

We ship order with Canada Post, Canpar, DHL, Fedex, Purolator, UPS or Dicom. Delivery 3-5 business days for items we have in stock. If an item is not in stock, delays are normally between 10 to 20 business days otherwise it’s not in stock from our supplier.

The free shipping option might not be available for some products in northern region and remote location, but we will reduce your shipping fee of 14.95$.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email.

Our cut-off time is 12:00 PM ET. Orders are processed within 24 hours except week-ends and holidays.
