Free shipping is provided for all retail orders over $149 within the 48 contiguous states.
We ship orders out Monday through Friday. We are able to ship most in-stock orders out the same day if placed before 2pm eastern time.
Returns
For the easiest return process, please email us at info@motomachines.com including your order information, the reason for return, and any pictures you may have to include. This will be the best way for us to quickly start the return process.
There are a few things to remember when returning an order from Moto Machines:
- We only accept unopened and unused products within 30 days of the date we sent them out to you.
- We do not accept returns on “used” items.
- We do not accept returns on Special Order items.
- Returns of items that were used or not in the original packaging are not accepted, no exceptions. If the product has been used or the packaging is not new, we are unable to resell the items. We would not sell you a used item so please take this seriously, contact us if there are any questions.
- Any return must include ALL pieces and included hardware to be accepted.
- All refunds go back to the original payment method.
