Production Manager – Office Based (£25,000-£30,000)
The role of the Production Manager is key to ensuring our manufacturing facility operates effectively. Working closely with our production team in this hands-on role you will be expected to lead the team, providing guidance and support and ultimately help the business meet the sales demand and achieve its targets.
Liaising closely with the procurement and sales teams on a regular basis you will also provide technical customer support on occasion and work on the development of new and existing products as we strive for continual improvement. As such an engineering mindset and good problem-solving skills are essential.
This is a varied role in a small business that requires flexibility, independence and autonomous working on occasions therefore candidates must show that they are proactive self-starters.
